Logistics partners we trust

We work with InPost, DHL, FedEx and the Polish Post Office to ensure reliable delivery at home and abroad. This means that even a customer on the other side of the world can count on a package arriving quickly and safely.

Fast shipping and business days

Orders placed and paid for by 2:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. If you place an order after 2:00 p.m.-the parcel will be shipped the next business day. On weekends and holidays, shipments are not shipped, but on the first business day after that they start right away.

You can choose PayU, Przelewy24, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay-fast and secure methods that allow us to start processing almost immediately after posting.

Traditional transfer and cash on delivery

Prefer the classic methods? You can make a traditional transfer in PLN, EUR, GBP or USD. Remember that it may take up to 3 business days to be credited, so shipping in this case will be accordingly later. In Poland you can also choose to pay cash on delivery - by card or cash at the courier.

VAT invoice

By default, we include a receipt, but if you want a VAT invoice-just enter your company details in the comments to your order.

Steps of realization

  1. Order acceptance- express confirmation
  2. Payment- with online payment it's a matter of minutes, with wire transfer up to 3 business days.
  3. Packaging- we make sure that the product reaches you in perfect condition.
  4. Shipping- we hand over the shipment to the courier and inform you of the tracking number.

The most important rules

  • We ship orders by 2pm the same day.
  • Orders after 2pm we pack and ship the next business day.
  • We ship orders placed on weekends and holidays on the next business day.

Packaging and quality control

We pack each product so that it arrives safely. Upon receipt, check the condition of the shipment - if there are any problems, report it immediately to the courier and to us, and we will take care of the rest.
